General Questions

What types of vehicles do you service?

We specialize in heavy-duty trucks (Class 6–8), trailers, RVs, and buses. We service all major brands including Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and International, as well as trailer brands like Vanguard, MAC, and XL Specialized.

What are your business hours?

Our shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Roadside assistance is also available during business hours.

Where are you located?

We're at 5021 Frontage Road N., Lakeland, FL 33810 — just minutes from I-4, US-98, and Polk Parkway. Easy access from Tampa, Orlando, and all major Central Florida freight corridors.

Do I need an appointment?

While appointments are recommended to minimize wait times, we accept walk-ins when possible. You can schedule service online or call us at (863) 774-4570.

Services & Repairs

What repair services do you offer?

We offer a full range of heavy-duty repair services including engine repair and overhauls, transmission and clutch work, brake repair, suspension, axle repair, driveline service, EGR/DPF aftertreatment, HVAC systems, electrical diagnostics, wheel alignment, and more.

Do you perform DOT inspections?

Yes. We perform Federal DOT annual inspections and Florida state inspections. Our technicians are certified to FMCSA standards and can handle any issues found during the inspection.

Do you offer roadside assistance?

Yes, we offer roadside assistance during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Our mobile service trucks carry common parts and diagnostic tools to get you back on the road. Call (863) 774-4570.

Do you offer mobile repair service?

Yes. Our mobile truck repair service brings our technicians and tools to your location — whether you're on the highway, at your yard, or at a job site in Central Florida.

Do you work on liftgates?

Yes. We service, repair, and install liftgates from all major manufacturers including Maxon, Waltco, Anthony, Palfinger, and Tommy Gate.

Fleet & Maintenance Programs

Do you offer fleet maintenance programs?

Yes. We offer customized fleet maintenance programs that include priority scheduling, centralized billing, preventive maintenance tracking, and dedicated account management. Programs are available for fleets with 5 or more trucks.

What does your preventive maintenance include?

Our PM services include oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, tire checks, belt and hose inspections, battery testing, A/C system checks, and full multi-point safety inspections.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and fleet/commercial accounts. For fleet customers, we offer centralized billing and net terms.

Do you provide estimates before starting work?

Absolutely. We provide transparent, detailed estimates before beginning any repair. No surprises — you'll know exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost before we start.
